ABM Tiling Limited is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Townsend House Contract for RED Construction. Our team is excited to be part of this project, which involves the delivery of a six-story building, including basement and retail space on the ground floor. Four floors of the building will be allocated to workspace, while the top floor will be residential. In addition, an extra upper floor is proposed for premium duplex apartments.

Townsend House has been designed to follow the curved line of the street, and it will be fitted with contemporary sandstone as a fascia to the façade with dark bronze spandrels. This design feature has been positioned to define the different uses within the building. The development is sympathetic to the surrounding art-deco-style inspired architecture and heritage of the previous building at the site. The project will also feature projecting bay windows, intricate metalwork, and scalloped detailing across the exterior.
