ABM Tiling Embarks on New Venture with McAleer & Rushe

ABM Tiling is proud to announce the commencement of our second project with the renowned construction firm, McAleer & Rushe. This collaboration underscores our growing portfolio and our reputation for delivering top-tier tiling solutions.

In our latest endeavour with McAleer & Rushe, ABM Tiling will enhance 770 units by providing exceptional bathroom tiling, stylish kitchen splashbacks, and robust waterproofing solutions to ensure both functionality and longevity. Additionally, our scope extends beyond the individual units to transform communal spaces; we'll be working on the communal areas, lobbies, the Pavilion Lounge, as well as various cafés and games rooms, creating environments that are not only practical but also inviting and aesthetically pleasing.

The Development: This project features a 19-storey, purpose-built student accommodation in Wembley Park, designed with sustainability in mind to meet BREEAM Excellent standards. It includes:

• Recreational and social facilities like lounges, a gym, and study areas.

• Eco-conscious spaces for cycling and relaxation in external gardens.
