ABM Tiling Limited is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a partner for the Moulsecoomb Way project for HG Construction in the vibrant city of Brighton. The mixed-use scheme is being led by student housing and comprises 380 bedrooms, 1100m2 of office/retail units, and a 250m2 community space. Our team at ABM Tiling Limited is proud to be part of this project with our client, McClaren Property.

Designed to achieve a BREEAM excellent rating, the building is not only stylish but also sustainable. It is located within walking distance of Brighton’s two main universities and is in close proximity to local bus and rail networks. Moreover, provision for electric car parking will be made.

We are pleased to report that the construction work is progressing well. The earthworks and groundworks are complete, and the concrete slab is now on the second floor. The brickwork will commence shortly, and scaffolding will be erected in the coming weeks. The piling, cranage, and plant have all been delivered, utilising HG Construction’s internal capabilities.
