ABM Tiling Limited is thrilled to announce that we have secured the contract for Minavil House with HG Construction Limited. Our team is excited to be part of this impressive structure located in the heart of Alperton.

The Minavil House project is a regeneration development that involved the demolition of a commercial building and the delivery of a modern, mixed-use scheme, including a 27-storey residential block, affordable workspaces, retail units, supermarket, and car parking facilities. We are proud to be contributing to this project, which will provide 251 new affordable homes, including 200 shared ownership and 51 rented.

The build of the Minavil House project involved an RC frame with a breathable rain screen façade using CEMBRIT cementitious fibre board (fire-resistant cladding) and mineral wool cavity insulation. Our team of experts generated a number of value-engineered innovative solutions that offered both cost and program efficiencies. These solutions included off-site bathroom pods, utility cupboards, and alternative balustrade and internal wall designs and products.
