The King's Cross Masterplan project involves the construction of 133 residential units, all of which will require our expertise in floor and wall tiling, ditra matting, and waterproofing for all wetroom areas. Spanning over 67 acres, the King's Cross Masterplan project is one of the biggest urban regeneration projects in the UK, and the largest mixed-use development in single ownership in central London in over 150 years. The development is set to become a vibrant new city quarter, with a mix of offices, residential accommodation, community facilities, public realm, educational establishments, and leisure facilities. Its proximity to King's Cross station and unique setting will make it a highly sought-after destination for work and play.

At ABM Tiling Limited, we are proud to be part of this landmark project and are committed to contributing to the successful delivery of the King's Cross Masterplan project. With our involvement in Plot R8 in Q2, 2024, McLaren will have delivered over 100 new homes (61 private and 72 affordable housing), 263,398 sq ft of commercial facilities, and associated public realm.
