ABM Tiling is proud to have been selected as the contractor for the ceramic tiling of the prestigious Hammersmith & Fulham Town Hall Project. This project is part of a £155 million main contract, which is being led by Ardmore to refurbish and extend the existing Grade II-listed Town Hall building. The project aims to deliver over 15,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office and public space, along with 204 new homes and over 10,000 sqm of commercial space.

The Civic Campus scheme focuses on the refurbishment of the existing Town Hall, which will feature sensitive interventions to existing heritage elements, preserving its historical significance. Ardmore's team will also create an additional 4,500 sqm internal area within a contemporary three-storey 'Glass Box' extension. The new extension comprises 1,300 tonnes of structural steel and is supported on a series of 15-metre-high stilts that bridge over a major sewer running beneath the building. The newly enclosed courtyard provides additional internal space for a new glazed scenic lift and link bridges, which will connect the existing building and provide new connections.
