ABM Tiling is thrilled to announce that it has been chosen to provide tiling services for the Edwards Street Quarter Project, a mixed-use development in Brighton. The project, led by principal contractor McLaren Construction, is set to deliver 170,000 sqft of Grade A offices, as well as space for independent coffee shops and restaurants, creating a vibrant community hub. The development will also include 168 new homes, featuring a mix of private and affordable units to meet local demand, and is expected to provide job opportunities for over 1,000 people during the construction phase, with up to 2,000 jobs supported once complete.

The project has been designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman and draws inspiration from Brighton's eclectic street scene, introducing a new high-quality public realm. The development will feature three new public spaces created by renowned landscape designers Spacehub, providing residents and visitors with attractive places to relax and socialize. ABM Tiling is delighted to be a part of this exciting project, contributing to the creation of a dynamic new community in the heart of Brighton.
