Carrington Street
Carrington Street - Ardmore Construction
Carrington Street is a landmark mixed-use scheme comprising the redevelopment of the former NCP car park at Carrington Street, to create 28 super-prime residential units and a significant commercial provision.
The new development includes an eight storey office block with a gym, art gallery, bike store and below ground parking, together with a seven storey residential block with a double height reception. It will also create a direct public connection between Green Park and Shepherd Market.
The new street between the residential and office blocks is activated by a series of entrances into the retail unit and residential lobby on one side and the office lobby and art gallery entrance to the other, while the active street frontage benefits building users and the wider area.
At ABM Tiling, we take pride in being at the forefront of transforming London's urban landscape with our craftsmanship in ceramic tiling. Our latest endeavour at Carrington Street stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the heart of London.
The Vision Behind Carrington Street
Carrington Street, once known simply for its NCP car park, has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis. This mixed-use development project was conceptualized to not only rejuvenate the area but also to add significant value to the community with its blend of residential luxury and commercial vitality.
A New Chapter for Urban Living and Commerce
The project features 28 super-prime residential units spread over seven floors, designed for those who seek exclusivity and elegance in urban living. Each unit boasts custom tiling work by ABM Tiling, where we've utilised the finest ceramics to complement the sophisticated interiors, ensuring durability meets design.
Parallel to the residential block stands an eight-storey office building, a hub for modern businesses. Here, functionality meets aesthetics with our tile installations enhancing communal areas like the gym, where durability is key, and the art gallery, where the backdrop must be as captivating as the art itself.
